6-7 ug/ml
Peptide ELISA
Detection limit 1:1000
Western Blot
0.1 - 1 ug/ml
Application Notes
WB: WB experiments gave bands at approx. 90 kDa band and 35 kDa band in human skeletal muscle lysate after 1 ug/ml antibody staining. These bands correspond to earlier findings are reported in scientific literature with different antibodies (PMID: 12499364). This protein has a calculated MW of 77.1 kDa band according to NP_009009.1.
