A: Both antibodies have the same immunogen (human recombinant protein fragment corresponding to amino acids 230-540 of human LGR4 [NP_060960] produced in HEK293T Ce) and clone number (2D1). I have just confirmed that NBP2-00974 is useful for Flow Cytometery in addition to WB application. This antibody works well at following dilutions: Flow Cytometry 1:100, Western Blot 1:500.
