Brown = DAB reaction. Mouse kidneys were deparaffinized through xylenes and alcohols, boiled in citrate buffer for 25 minutes, then PBS-Tween at room temp for 5 minutes, followed by Scytek CRF anti-polyvalent polymer DAB kit protocol.
