Q: A short time ago, I had bought MCSF receptor (NBP1-43362) from your company. Seeing the datasheet says Don't freeze, I'm confused because I don't know if I can store the diluted antibody at -20C.
A: NBP1-43362 should be stored at 4C, and should not be frozen. We do not recommend freezing the antibody as it may adversely affect the antibody's function.
