Background: MAGEH1

MAGEH1, also known as Melanoma-associated antigen H1, is a 219 amino acid protein that is 24 kDa. Little is currently known about MAGEH1. This protein is currently being studied for its involvement in melanoma, Huntington's disease, and Ependymoma disease. The protein has been shown to interact with TADA3, PIAS4, CDK5RAP2, NAP1L5, and MOAP1 in apoptotic process pathways.
