Detection of ERK1/ERK2 in Jurkat, C2C12, and C6 lysate by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line, C2C12 mouse myoblast cell line myoblast cell line, and C6 rat glioma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.2 µg/mL Rabbit Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat ERK1/ERK2 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF1576) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF008). For additional reference, Recombinant Human Active ERK1 (Catalog # 1879-KS) and Recombinant Human Active ERK2 (Catalog # 1230-KS) (2 ng/lane) were included. A specific band for ERK1/ERK2 was detected at approximately 44 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.Detection of JNK1/JNK2 in HeLa and C2C12 lysate by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line and C2C12 mouse myoblast cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.2 µg/mL Mouse Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat JNK1/JNK2 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB2076) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). For additional reference, recombinant human JNK1, JNK2, and JNK3 (1 ng/lane) were included. Specific bands for JNK1 and JNK2 were detected at approximately 46 kDa and 54 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.Western Blot Shows Human p38 alpha Specificity by Using Knockout Cell Line.
Western blot shows lysates of HEK293T human embryonic kidney parental cell line and p38a knockout HEK293T cell line (KO). PVDF membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/mL of Rabbit Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat p38a Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF8691) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF008). A specific band was detected for p38a at approximately 38 kDa (as indicated) in the parental HEK293T cell line, but is not detectable in knockout HEK293T cell line. GAPDH (Catalog # AF5718) is shown as a loading control. This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.Kit Contents for MAPK Family Antibody Pack
