Immunohistochemistry: MBP Antibody [NBP2-50035] - Analysis of rat brain cerebellum section stained with chicken pAb to Myelin Basic Protein (MBP), NBP2-50035, dilution 1:5,000 in green, and costained with rabbit pAb to NF-L, NBP1-05218, dilution 1:5,000 in red. The MBP antibody stains oligodendrocytes and myelin sheathes around axons. NBP1-05218 antibody labels dendrites and axons of neuronal cells.Applications for MBP Antibody - BSA Free

Application Notes
In Western blot, this antibody recognizes all four CNS isotypes of rat MBP with bands at 21.5 kDa, 18.5kDa, 17kDa and 14kDa.
