FAQs for MED12 Antibody - BSA Free
-
Q: Could you tell me the differences between the two med12 antibodies for the IP? NB100-2357 in this image (image B, IP) you had written "Detection of Human and Mouse MED12 NB100-2357. MED12 was also immunoprecipitated by another rabbit anti-MED12 antibody Which is the other rabbit anti-med12 antibody? Maybe it's more specific for med12 (there is only one band, and no three bands like for NB100-2357).
A: Unfortunately, the other MED12 antibody referred to in the image caption is not available for commercial sale. NB100-2357 displayed a higher affinity for MED12, which can be seen by the stronger signal strength, although it does detect degradation products of MED12, which are the two smaller bands on the blot.
