CCL6, also known as C10 and SCYA6, is a beta chemokine with an extended N-terminus. CCL6 expression is induced by GM-CSF stimulation of monocytes and neutrophils and IL-4 stimulation of macrophages. CCL6 functions as a monocyte and macrophage chemoattractant.

Scientific Data Images for Mouse CCL6/C10 Antibody
Chemotaxis Induced by CCL6/C10 and Neutral-ization by Mouse CCL6/C10 Antibody.
Recombinant Mouse CCL6/C10 (Catalog # 487-C) chemoattracts the BaF3 mouse pro-B cell line transfected with human CCR1 in a dose-dependent manner (orange line). The amount of cells that migrated through to the lower chemotaxis chamber was measured by Resazurin (Catalog # AR002). Chemo-taxis elicited by Recombinant Mouse CCL6/C10 (1 µg/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Rat Anti-Mouse CCL6/C10 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB487). The ND50 is typically 6-24 µg/mL.Applications for Mouse CCL6/C10 Antibody
