Lyophilized product is shipped at ambient temperature. Liquid small pack size (-SP) is shipped with polar packs. Upon receipt, store immediately at the temperature recommended below.

Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Background: Integrin beta 7

Integrin beta 7 associates with the Integrin alpha 4 or alpha E subunits to form heterodimers that interact with Fibronectin, VCAM, MAdCAM, or E-Cadherin. It is highly expressed in leukocytes and is involved in localization of leukocytes at mucosal sites.
