Application Notes
M3II-21 has potential value for detection of MRP3-mediated drug-resistance in human tumor samples. Immunocytochemistry: use 1:20-1:50 dil. on acetone or formaldehyde fixed cytospin preparations. For immunohistochemistry: use 1:20 on acetone fixed frozen sections. Western Blot: use 1:20-1:50 dil, and anti-Mouse HRP. Flow Cytometry: optimal conditions still to be defined. Use in Simple Western reported in scientific literature (PMID: 29890265).
