FAQs for MuRF1/TRIM63 Antibody
-
Q: What is the buffer composition of this antibody?
A: The MURF1 antibody (NBP2-11061) is purified on immobilized antigen based affinity chromatography. The affinity purified antibodies are stabilized in Tris/glycine buffer at pH 7.4 containing 0.02% sodium azide as preservative, cryo-protective agents, stabilizing proteins (BSA) and glycerol. The only cryo-protective agent used in the buffer of NBP2-11061 is glycerol (35%). According to the supplier of this antibody, no DMSO was used in the actual production of the antibody, it was only used at later stages (conjugation) at 10%.
