Western Blot: NF-M Antibody (MCA-3H11) [NBP2-31206]
Western Blot: NF-M Antibody (MCA-3H11) [NBP2-31206] - Analysis of neuronal tissue lysates using mouse NF-M mAb, dilution 1:10,000 (Green): [1] protein standard (red), [2] rat spinal cord, [3] mouse spinal cord, [4] cow spinal cord, [5] rat sciatic nerve. Strong bands at 145kDa correspond to rodent NF-M while that at about 160kDa corresponds to the significantly larger bovine NF-M protein.Immunohistochemistry Free-Floating: NF-M Antibody (MCA-3H11) [NBP2-31206]
Immunohistochemistry Free-Floating: NF-M Antibody (MCA-3H11) [NBP2-31206] - Analysis of adult rat frontal cortex section stained with mouse neurofilament NF-M mAb, dilution 1:5,000 (Green), and costained with chicken neurofilament NF-H pAb, dilution 1:5,000 (Red). Following transcardial perfusion of rat with 4% paraformaldehyde, brain was post fixed for 24hrs, cut to 45uM, and free-floating sections were stained with above antibodies. The mouse NF-M mAb labels neuron cell bodies and dendrites of pyramidal neurons, as well as dendrites and axons of other neuronal cells, while the chicken NF-M pAb stains the network of neuronal axons only.Western Blot: NF-M Antibody (MCA-3H11) [NBP2-31206]
Western Blot: Neurofilament NF-M Antibody (MCA-3H11) [NBP2-31206] - Cytoskeletal homogenate of rat spinal cord was separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE. Lane A: Western blot analysis of Neurofilament NF-M with NBP2-31206. Lane B: SDS-PAGE gel stained with Commassie Brilliant Blue. The bands corresponding to Neurofilament subunits NF-H, NF-M, NF-L, a-internexin and GFAP are indicated.Applications for NF-M Antibody (MCA-3H11) - BSA Free
