Western Blot: NFkB2/NFkB p100 [p Ser866] Antibody (1J7E2) [NBP3-33274] - Western blot analysis of lysates from NIH/3T3 cells, using NFkB2/NFkB p100 Rabbit mAb at 1:500 dilution. NIH/3T3 cells were treated by TNF-alpha (20 ng/ml) at 37C for 30 minutes.Secondary antibody: HRP-conjugated Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at 1:10000 dilution.
Lysates/proteins: 25ug per lane.
Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST.
Detection: ECL Basic Kit.
Exposure time: 30s.
