Western Blot: NOL12 Antibody [NBP1-46174] - Detection of human and mouse NOL12 by western mlot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 ug) from HeLa, HEK293T, Jurkat, mouse TCMK-1, and mouse NIH 3T3 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-NOL12 antibody NBP1-46174 used for WB at 0.1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.Immunohistochemistry: NOL12 Antibody [NBP1-46174]
Immunohistochemistry: NOL12 Antibody [NBP1-46174] - Detection of human NOL12 by immunohistochemistry. Sample: FFPE section of human lung carcinoma. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-NOL12 (NBP1-46174) Detection: DABWestern Blot: NOL12 Antibody [NBP1-46174]
Western Blot: NOL12 Antibody [NBP1-46174] - Whole cell lysate (5, 15 and 50 mcg for WB; 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-NOL12 antibody used for WB at 0.1 mcg/ml (A) and 1 mcg/ml (B) and used for IP at 3 mcg/mg lysate. NOL12 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-NOL12 antibody NBP1-46173, which recognizes an upstream epitope.Immunohistochemistry: NOL12 Antibody [NBP1-46174]
Immunohistochemistry: NOL12 Antibody [NBP1-46174] - Sample: FFPE section of human lung carcinoma. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-NOL12 used at a dilution of 1:1,000 (1ug/ml) Detection: DAB staining using Immunohistochemistry Accessory Kit.Immunoprecipitation: NOL12 Antibody [NBP1-46174]
Immunoprecipitation: NOL12 Antibody [NBP1-46174] - Detection of human NOL12 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-NOL12 antibody A302-733A (lot A302-733A-2) used for IP at 3 ug per reaction. NOL12 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-NOL12 antibody A302-732A. For blotting immunoprecipitated NOL12, A302-733A was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 75 seconds.Applications for NOL12 Antibody - BSA Free
