NOP56 (CL2603) was detected in immersion fixed A431 human skin carcinoma cell line using Mouse anti-NOP56 (CL2603) Protein A Purified Monoclonal Antibody conjugated to Alexa Fluor® 488 (Catalog # NBP2-36778) (green) at 2 µg/mL overnight at 4C.
