Biological Activity
NU 2058 is a cyclin-dependent kinase (cdk) 1 and cdk2 inhibitor (Ki values are 5 and 12 μM respectively). Inhibits growth of human tumor cells in vitro (mean GI50 = 13 μM). Also inhibits DNA topoisomerase II ATPase activity (IC50 = 300 μM).Technical Data
