Western Blot: Opsin 1 (Medium Wave) Antibody (HL3435) [NBP3-48812] -
Non-transfected (-) and transfected (+) boiled and unboiled 293T whole cell extracts (30 ug) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with OPN1MW2 antibody [HL3435] (NBP3-48812) diluted at 1:3000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.
