WB: Approx. 50 kDa band observed in human brain (hippocampus) lysates (calculated MW of 51.1 kDa band according to NP_065855.1). An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 37 kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. IHC: Paraffin embedded Human Brain (Cortex and Cerebellum).
