Western Blot: PARP Antibody (194C1439) - Cleaved [NB100-56599] - Analysis of cleaved PARP in staurosporine-treated Jurkat cells at various time points, antibody at 2 ug/mL. The band corresponding to cleaved PARP is only seen in the treated samples. Anti-mouse Ig HRP conjugate was used in this test.Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: PARP Antibody (194C1439) - Cleaved - BSA Free [NB100-56599]
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: PARP Antibody (194C1439) - Cleaved [NB100-56599] - A431 cells were fixed for 10 minutes using 10% formalin and then permeabilized for 5 minutes using 1X PBS + 0.5% Triton-X100. The cells were incubated with anti-PARP Antibody (194C1439) at 5 ug/ml overnight at 4C and detected with an anti-mouse Dylight 488 (Green) at a 1:500 dilution. Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (Blue). Cells were imaged using a 40X objective.Western Blot: PARP Antibody (194C1439)CleavedBSA Free [NB100-56599]

FAQs for PARP Antibody (194C1439) - Cleaved - BSA Free
-
Q: Do you have any 100 coda or bigger controls?
A:
I can recommend a couple of high weight antibodies that are conserved in most samples. Please verify the presence of the protein before using as a loading control. PARP1 or PARP is approximately 113kDa, and you may view the products we offer to PARP using this link. Vinculin is approximately 116kDa, and you may view the products we offer to Vinculin using this link.
-
Q: I was wondering if you would mind letting me know which product would you recommend for immunochemistry of the retina of the rat and mouse by poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP) and calpain. There are many different calpain antibodies in your website. The samples are 12-um vertical cryostst sections (fixed by PFA).
A: For PARP, I would recommend either NB120-2168 or NB100-64828. Bear in mind that they are both mouse monoclonals, and you may have to take extra steps to reduce mouse-on-mouse background.
