Various tissue extracts (50 ug) were separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Phospholamban antibody (NBP2-19807) diluted at 1:10000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.
