Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: RanBP2 Antibody (2E1) [NB100-74480] - Analysis of Nup358 (green) in HeLa cells. Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 in PBS, and blocked with 1% Blocker BSA in PBS, each for 15 minutes at room temperature. Cells were stained with a Nup358 monoclonal antibody at a concentration of 10ug/ml in 1% Blocker BSA in PBS, followed by a DyLight 488-conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:1000 for 1 hour at room temperature. Nuclei (blue) were stained with DAPI.
