Western Blot: Serum Response Factor SRF Antibody [NBP1-71927]
Western Blot: Serum Response Factor SRF Antibody [NBP1-71927] - Whole cell lysate from HeLa (15 and 50 mcg for WB; 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded), Jurkat (J; 50 mcg) and 293T (T; 50 mcg) cells. Affinity purified rabbit anti-SRF antibody used for WB at 0.1 mcg/ml (A) and 1 mcg/ml (B) and used for IP at 6 mcg/mg lysate. SRF was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-SRF antibody NBP1-71928, which recognizes a downstream epitope.Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: Serum Response Factor SRF Antibody [NBP1-71927]
Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: Serum Response Factor SRF Antibody [NBP1-71927] - Human ovarian carcinoma. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti- SRF used at a dilution of 1:1,000 (1ug/ml) (left) and used at a dilution of 1:1,000 (1ug/ml) (right). Detection: DABApplications for Serum Response Factor SRF Antibody - BSA Free
