SLC41A3 is a gene that codes for a protein with eight isoforms, with lengths of 507, 500, 471, 464, 478, 438, 461, and 370 amino acids and weights of approximately 55, 54, 51, 50, 51, 47, 50, and 40 kDa respectively. SLC41A3 has also been shown to have interactions with MAPK6, PDCD6, SREBF2, CREB3, and SUFU.
