A: H00006598-M01 has been tested and validated for use in IHC-Paraffin in the following species: human, rat and mouse. The IHC image you can see on the datasheet is of human testis. The ability to detect the protein in the tumor tissues you are studying really depends on the tumor biology. We do guarantee the antibody in human and would highly recommend using a positive control of normal tissue in your staining.
