Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: STEAP1 Antibody (J2D2) - BSA Free [NBP1-07094]
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: STEAP1 Antibody (J2D2) [NBP1-07094] - staining of human LNCap cell colony with monoclonalanti-human STEAP1 antibody (J2D2).Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: STEAP1 Antibody (J2D2) - BSA Free [NBP1-07094]
Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: STEAP1 Antibody (J2D2) [NBP1-07094] - Paraffin embedded sections of human breast cancer and prostate hyperplasia tissue were incubated with anti-human STEAP1 (1:50) for 2 hours at room temperature. Antigen retrieval was performed in 0.1M sodium citrate buffer and detected using Diaminobenzidine (DAB). Human breast cancer tissue (left) and prostate hyperplasia tissue (right).Western Blot: STEAP1 Antibody (J2D2) [NBP1-07094] -
Western Blot: STEAP1 Antibody (J2D2) [NBP1-07094] - The cell lysates (30ug) and tissue lysates (30ug) were resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to PVDF membrane and probed with NBP1-07094 (1:500). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system. Q: Can I received overnight shipping on NBP1-07094 (anti-STEAP1 Mouse IgG2b antibody)?
A: Unfortunately, NBP1-07094 is currently available in 6 to 8 business days, as is stated on our website. I apologize for the inconvenience. To view the price and availability of our products, please use our website to select your country, which will allow you to view the country specific pricing, availability and technical support information on the product's datasheet.

Q: May any of your anti human-STEAP1 Abs be used for flow cytometry, with a secondary anti-mouse antibody? E.g. J2D2 or 4F6-1F3?
A: Unfortunately, none of our STEAP1 antibodies have been validated in flow cytometry yet. This does not mean they will not work in FLOW, we just cannot guarantee its use in FLOW application because we have not tested them in this application in our lab yet. However, if you would like to try one of these antibodies in FLOW, you would be eligible for our Innovator's Reward, whereby if you share your results with us, we will reward you with a voucher for 100% of the purchase price - see here for more details: Innovator's Reward program. Technically, STEAP1 (J2D2) NBP1-07094 and STEAP1 (4F6-1F3) H00026872-M01 are the two antibodies that have more chances of success because of proven compatibility with IF labeled secondary antibodies as they have already been validated in ICC-IF.
