Western Blot: T-bet/TBX21 Antibody (39D)BSA Free [NBP1-43299]
Western Blot: T-bet/TBX21 Antibody (39D) [NBP1-43299] - CD4+ T cells were sorted from mouse splenocytes, then activated with Anti-Mouse CD3 and Anti-Mouse CD28, followed by culture in Th1-polarizing conditions, and re-stimulation with PMA and Ionomycin. Lysates from control (left) or PMA and Ionomycin-re-stimulated (right) cells were probed with Anti-T-bet Purified at 2 ug/ml, and revealed with Anti-Mouse IgG HRP.Applications for T-bet/TBX21 Antibody (39D) - BSA Free

Q: Can your TBX21 antibody (Catalog number NBP1-43299) be used for mouse frozen section by IF? I also wonder whether "ICC/IF"means it can only used for cell sample by IF.
A: Our T-bet/TBX21 antibody with catalogue number NBP1-43299 has been validated in-house for Western blotting and for immunoprecipitation, while IHC and ICC/IF were validated based on citation of the antibody in the publication detailed in the "reviews and publications" section on our product page. For future reference, ICC/IF does indeed refer to immunocytochemistry / immunofluorescence with cells. IHC refers to the use of tissue samples, with IHC-P indicating paraffin-embedded tissue, and IHC-Fr indicating frozen samples. -
A: We have not tested our Tbx21 antibodies for porcine, however you might like to test NBP1-43298 as part of our Innovators Reward Program. This is gained from testing a product on a species or application that we have not yet tested. I have carried out a blast to check the % homology between the pig protein and human protein, this is 94% and our lab recommends use if the % homology is 85% or above.
