Immunoprecipitation: T-bet/TBX21 Antibody [NBP3-14699] - Whole cell lysate (1.0 mgper IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from MJ/G11 cellsprepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Rabbit antiT-bet/TBX21 recombinant monoclonal antibody used for IP at 6 ul per reaction. Tbet/TBX21 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-Tbet/TBX21 antibody. For blottingimmunoprecipitated T-bet/TBX21, was used at1:1000. Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3seconds.Applications for T-bet/TBX21 Antibody (BLR110H)

A: We have not tested our Tbx21 antibodies for porcine, however you might like to test NBP1-43298 as part of our Innovators Reward Program. This is gained from testing a product on a species or application that we have not yet tested. I have carried out a blast to check the % homology between the pig protein and human protein, this is 94% and our lab recommends use if the % homology is 85% or above.
