Western Blot: TAF15 Antibody (4D71) [NBP1-92685]
Western Blot: TAF15 Antibody (4D71) [NBP1-92685] - Analysis of cytosol or nuclear enriched fractions of cell line lysates using mouse mAb to TAF15, NBP1-92685, dilution 1:1,000: [1] protein standard, [2] NIH-3T3 cytosol, [3] NIH-3T3 nuclear fraction, [4] HeLa cytosol, and [5] HeLa nuclear fraction.Double band at 56-68kDa detected predominantly in the nuclear enriched fraction corresponds to the TAF15 protein.Western Blot Shows Human TAF15 Specificity Using Knockout Cell Line.
Western blot shows lysates of HAP1 human near-haploid cell line and TAF15 knockout HAP1 cell line (KO). Nitrocellulose membrane was probed with TAF15 Antibody (Catalog # NBP1-92685) O/N at 4C, followed by HRP-conjugated Secondary Antibody and ECL detection. A specific band was detected for TAF15 (75 kDa) in the parental HAP1 cell line, but is not detectable in knockout HAP1 cell line. Primary antibody dilution used: 1/1000. The Ponceau stained transfers of each blot are shown. Image, protocol and testing courtesy of YCharOS Inc. (ycharos.com).Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: TAF15 Antibody (4D71) [NBP1-92685]
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: TAF15 Antibody (4D71) [NBP1-92685] - Analysis of HeLa cells stained with mouse mAb to TATA-box binding protein associated factor 15, TAF15, NBP1-92685, dilution 1:500 in red, and costained with rabbit pAb to GAPDH, dilution 1:1,000 in green. Blue is Hoechst staining of nuclear DNA. The NBP1-92685 antibody reveals TAF15 protein expressed exclusively in the nuclei of the cells, while GAPDH antibody produces strong cytoplasmic staining.Detection of TAF15 by Immunoprecipitation.
HAP1 lysates were prepared, and immunoprecipitation was performed using 2.0 ug of TAF15 antibody (Catalog # NBP1-92685) pre-coupled to Dynabeads protein G. Samples were washed and processed for Western Blot with TAF15 antibody. For Western Blot, Rb x TAF15 was used at 1/100. The Ponceau stained transfers of each blot are shown. SM=4% starting material; UB=4% unbound fraction; IP=immunoprecipitate. Image, protocol and testing courtesy of YCharOS Inc. (ycharos.com).Applications for TAF15 Antibody (4D71) - BSA Free
