Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: THRAP3 Antibody [NB100-40848]
Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: THRAP3 Antibody [NB100-40848] - Sample: FFPE section of human prostate carcinoma. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti- THRAP3/TRAP150 used at a dilution of 1:1,000 (0.2ug/ml). Detection: DABWestern Blot: THRAP3 Antibody [NB100-40848] -
Western Blot: THRAP3 Antibody [NB100-40848] - ORF2p chA1-L1 antibody cross-reacts with BCLAF1. LNCaP cells were treated with Scramble, BCLAF1 (a) or THRAP3 (b) siRNA for 72 h. Whole cell lysates were assayed via western blot & probed with chA1-L1 ORF2p antibody, BCLAF1 or THRAP3, ORF1p, & Tubulin (loading control). Intensity of ORF1 bands in b were normalized to tubulin levels. c) Left: BCLAF1 Tagged overexpression construct with N-terminus 3x flag, V5, & Venus tag (~ 35 kDa). Right: HEK293 cells were transfected with vector only (VO) or tagged BCLAF1 construct. Whole cell lysates were assayed by western blot & probed with ORF2p antibody chA1-L1, & Tubulin (loading control) Image collected & cropped by CiteAb from the following publication (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/31890047), licensed under a CC-BY license.
