Western Blot: Uteroglobin/SCGB1A1 Antibody (JU34-03) [NBP2-75705]
Western Blot: Uteroglobin/SCGB1A1 Antibody (JU34-03) [NBP2-75705] - Western blot analysis of Uteroglobin/SCGB1A1 on different lysates. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% BSA in PBS for 1 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (1/500) was used in 5% BSA at room temperature for 2 hours. Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG - HRP Secondary Antibody (HA1001) at 1:5,000 dilution was used for 1 hour at room temperature. Positive control: Lane 1: mouse lung tissue lysate Lane 2: human lung tissue lysate Lane 3: A549 cell lysateImmunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: Uteroglobin/SCGB1A1 Antibody (JU34-03) [NBP2-75705]
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: Uteroglobin/SCGB1A1 Antibody (JU34-03) [NBP2-75705] - Staining SCGB1A1 in HUVEC cells (green). The nuclear counter stain is DAPI (blue). Cells were fixed in paraformaldehyde, permeabilised with 0.25% Triton X100/PBS.Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: Uteroglobin/SCGB1A1 Antibody (JU34-03) [NBP2-75705]
Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: Uteroglobin/SCGB1A1 Antibody (JU34-03) [NBP2-75705] - Analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse lung tissue with Rabbit anti-SCGB1A1 antibody000 dilution. The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0) for 20 minutes. The tissues were blocked in 1% BSA for 20 minutes at room temperature, washed with ddH2O and PBS, and then probed with the primary antibody for 1 hour at room temperature. The detection was performed using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system. DAB was used as the chromogen. Q: MAB4218 Uteroglobin antibody Can you tell me if it reacts in mouse tissue?
A: This product has not yet been tested with mouse samples and based on the sequence homology (52%) we do not anticipate this product being able to detect the mouse protein. If you are looking for a mouse antibody for this target, we have two products that might be better options: NBP2-75705 and NBP2-90517.
