Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: VPS11 Antibody [NB100-2412] - 3.8ug/ml staining of paraffin embedded Human Kidney-. Steamed antigen retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6, AP-staining.Applications for VPS11 Antibody
Application
Recommended Usage
Immunohistochemistry
3 - 6 ug/ml
Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin
3 - 6 ug/ml
Peptide ELISA
Detection limit 1:32000
Western Blot
1:100 - 1:2000
Application Notes
WB: Preliminary experiments gave an approx. 75 kDa band in human duodenum, colon and placenta lysates after 0.3 ug/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 108 kDa band according to NP_068375.3. The 75 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. IHC-P: Human kidney shows brushborder staning in PCT cells and human pancreas shows cytoplasm staining of beta cells in islets of langerhans.
