Western Blot: VRL1 Antibody [NBP1-32096]
Western Blot: VRL1 Antibody [NBP1-32096] - Unboiled K562 whole cell and membrane extracts (30 ug) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with VRL1 antibody [C2C3], C-term diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (NBP2-19301) was used to detect the primary antibody. (WCE: whole cell extract; ME: membrane extract)Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: VRL1 Antibody [NBP1-32096]
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: VRL1 Antibody [NBP1-32096] - 293T cells transfected with vector, pCMV5 3xFlag-mCherry, as positive control. mCherry was co-localized with Flag. 293T cells transfected with vector, pCMV5 3xFlag-TRPV2, as experimental group. TRPV2 was co-localized with Flag at cell membrane. ICC Flag: green TRPV2: red Nucleus: blue mCherry: red fluorescent protein.
