Immunoprecipitation: YB1 Antibody (9J7M4) [NBP3-16213] - Immunoprecipitation of YB1 from 200 ug extracts of HeLa cells was performed using 0.5 ug of YB1 Rabbit mAb. Rabbit IgG isotype control was used to precipitate the Control IgG sample. IP samples were eluted with 1X Laemmli Buffer. The Input lane represents 10% of the total input.
