Western Blot: ZCCHC4 Antibody [NBP2-20939] - Whole cell extract (30 ug) was separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with ZCCHC4 antibody [N1N3] (NBP2-20939) diluted at 1:3000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.
