Scientific Data Images for Mouse Integrin beta 4/CD104 Antibody
Detection of Mouse Integrin beta 4/CD104 by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of mouse small intestine tissue. PVDF Membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Mouse Integrin beta 4/CD104 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB4054) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF005). A specific band was detected for Integrin beta 4/CD104 at approximately 180 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.Detection of Integrin beta 4/CD104 in CMT-93 Mouse Cell Line by Flow Cytometry.
CMT-93 mouse rectal carcinoma cell line was stained with Mouse Integrin beta 4/CD104 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB4054, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # MAB006, open histogram), followed by Phycoerythrin-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG F(ab')2Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0105B).Applications for Mouse Integrin beta 4/CD104 Antibody
