FAQs for OX40 Ligand/TNFSF4 Antibody (MM0505-8S23) - Azide and BSA Free
-
Q: Could you clarify what 'guaranteed for this application on human samples' means? Can I return the antibody if it does not work for IHC-P in our hands?
A:
We stand behind our products 100% and that statement is refering to our Novus' Quality Guarantee.
-
Q: I have bought a TNFSF4 antibody (MM0505-8S23) from you. Now I would like to be sure, that I reconstitute the lyophilized antibody the right way. Could you please tell me, with which fluid I am supposed to reconstitute it and what the final concentration should be?
A: To reconstitute our TNFSF4 antibody with catalogue number NBP2-11969 you should centrifuge the vial and then add 200ul sterile PBS. The final concentration is 500ug/ml. Reconstituted antibody can be aliquoted and stored frozen at -20 for at least for six months without detectable loss of activity. You should avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
