Western Blot: Adipogenesis Antibody Pack [NBP3-20190] - Western blot shows lysates of human heart tissue, rat heart tissue, mouse heart tissue, human adipose tissue, rat adipose tissue, and mouse adipose tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Human FABP4/A-FABP Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF3150) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (HAF019). A specific band was detected for FABP4/A-FABP at approximately 14 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.

Western Blot: Adipogenesis Antibody Pack [NBP3-20190] - Western Blot: CD36 Antibody [NB400-144] - Total protein from Human Skin and Adipose tissue, Mouse Adipose and Rat Adipose tissue was separated on a 12% gel by SDS-PAGE, transferred to PVDF membrane and blocked in 5% non-fat milk in TBST. The membrane was probed with 2.0 ug/ml anti-CD36 in 5% non-fat milk in TBST and detected with an anti-rabbit HRP secondary antibody using chemiluminescence.

Flow Cytometry: Adipogenesis Antibody Pack [NBP3-20190] - An intracellular stain was performed on U2OS cells with Perilipin Antibody NB110-40760AF488 (blue) and a matched isotype control (orange). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and then permeabilized with 0.1% saponin. Cells were incubated in an antibody dilution of 5 ug/mL for 30 minutes at room temperature. Both antibodies were conjugated to Alexa Fluor 488.
