Scientific Data Images for Anti- Teplizumab (Anti-Idiotype) Antibody
Detection of Teplizumab by Western Blot.
Western blot shows Daclizumab (negative control), Basiliximab (negative control), Satumomab (negative control), Teplizumab, and Alemtuzumab (negative control). PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Rabbit Anti-Anti- Teplizumab (Anti-Idiotype) Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB10245) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF008). A specific band was detected for Teplizumab at approximately 250 kDa (as indicated). Human IgG is shown as a loading control. This experiment was conducted under non-reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.Detection of Anti-CD3 (Teplizumab) on Human PBMC by flow cytometry.
Human PBMC were stained with (A) Human CD3 (Research Grade Teplizumab Biosimilar) Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB9929)or (B) Rabbit IgG control antibody (Catalog # MAB1050), followed by Rabbit anti-CD3 (Teplizumab) (Anti-Idiotype, Catalog # MAB10245), then APC-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (Catalog # F0111), followed by Mouse anti-Human CD3 PE-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB100P).
