Scientific Data Images for BMI-1 Antibody (23GB685)
Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: BMI-1 Antibody (23GB685)[NBP3-52016] -
Immunocytochemical staining of HeLa cells with BMI-1 antibody (1:1,000). Nuclei were stained blue with DAPI; BMI-1 was stained magenta with Alexa Fluor(R) 647. Images were taken using Leica stellaris 5. Protein abundance based on laser Intensity and smart gain: Medium. Scale bar, 20 um.Western Blot: BMI-1 Antibody (23GB685)[NBP3-52016] -
Western blotting analysis using BMI-1 antibody. BMI-1expression in wild type (WT) and BMI-1shRNA knockdown (KD) 293T cells with 30 ug of total cell lysates. GAPDH serves as a loading control. The blot was incubated with BMI-1 antibody(1:5,000) and HRP-conjugated goat anti rabbit secondary antibody (1:50,000) respectively. Image was developed using FeQ(TM) ECL Substrate Kit.Applications for BMI-1 Antibody (23GB685)

Background: BMI-1
Aberrant expression of Bmi-1 has been found in several types of cancer in the bladder, skin, blood, prostate, breast, ovaries, andcolon. Its overexpression is especially pronounced in mantle cell lymphomas. Thereforem Bmi1 antibodies will be useful tools for many cancer development studies.
