Q: I was wondering how you ran this antibody in paraffin tissue?
A: This product was used in IHC-P using our standard IHC protocol found here: Protocol. The antigen retrieval method employed was Proteinase K (20ug/ml in PBS) incubated on the section for 15 min at room temperature.
