Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: eIF2B epsilon Antibody (5M2D4) [NBP3-16674] - Confocal imaging of MCF7 cells using eIF2B epsilon Rabbit mAb followed by a further incubation with Cy3 Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L). The cells were counterstained with alpha-Tubulin Mouse mAb followed by incubation with ABflo 488-conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) Ab (Green). DAPI was used for nuclear staining (Blue). Objective: 100x.
