Flow Cytometry: gp96/HSP90B1/GRP94 Antibody (H90-10) [Allophycocyanin] [NB110-61640APC] - An intracellular stain was performed on Jurkat cells with gp96/HSP90B1/GRP94 Antibodyantibody NB110-61640APC (blue) and a matched isotype control (orange). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and then permeablized with 0.1% saponin. An antibody dilution of 1:100 was used and cells were incubated for 30 minutes at room temperature.

Background: HSP90 beta

The 90-kDa heat shock protein (Hsp90) is a highly conserved and abundant cytosolic homodimeric molecular chaperone (1). Hsp90 is distinguished from other chaperones in that most of its known substrates are signal transduction proteins, non activated steroid hormone receptors, several protooncogenic tyrosine, serine/threonine kinases and actin (2-3). Two isoforms which correspond to the major and minor isoform, (Hsp90-
