Detects human CARD9 in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs and Western blots, less than 5% cross‑reactivity with recombinant human (rh) CARD6, rhCARD8, rhCARD11, rhCARD14, and rhCARD10 is observed.
Polyclonal Sheep IgG

Detection of Human CARD9 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line and K562 human chronic myelogenous leukemia cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Sheep Anti-Human CARD9 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF5248) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF016). A specific band was detected for CARD9 at approximately XXX kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 8.
