|Detection of CD3 epsilon in Human Blood Lymphocytes by Flow Cytometry. Human peripheral blood lymphocytes were stained with Mouse Anti-Human CD19 APC‑conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB4867A) and either (A) Mouse Anti-Human CD3 epsilon Alexa Fluor® 594‑conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB100T) or (B) Mouse IgG1 Alexa Fluor 594 Isotype Control (Catalog # IC002T). |CD3 epsilon in Human PBMCs. CD3 epsilon was detected in immersion fixed human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) using Mouse Anti-Human CD3 epsilon Alexa Fluor® 594‑conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (red; Catalog # FAB100T) at 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cell surfaces and cytoplasm. View our protocol for Fluorescent ICC Staining of Non-adherent Cells.|
CD3 epsilon is one of at least four invariant proteins that associate with the variable antigen recognition chains of the T cell receptor and function in signal transduction.
The reconstitution calculator allows you to quickly calculate the volume of a reagent to reconstitute your vial. Simply enter the mass of reagent and the target concentration and the calculator will determine the rest.
