Scientific Data Images for Human GPR101 Antibody
Detection of Human GPR101 by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of HEK293 human embryonic kidney cell line both non-transfected and transfected with human GPR101. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human GPR101 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB7495) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF018). Specific bands were detected for GPR101 at approximately 80-130 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.Detection of GPR101 in HEK293 Human Cell Line Transfected with Human GPR101 and eGFP by Flow Cytometry.
HEK293 human embryonic kidney cell line transfected with human GPR101 and eGFP was stained with either (A) Mouse Anti-Human GPR101 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB7495) or (B) Mouse IgG1Isotype Control (Catalog # MAB002) followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0101B).Applications for Human GPR101 Antibody
