This antibody reacts with heavy chains on mouse IgG, and with light chains on all mouse immunoglobulins. No reactivity observed with other mouse serum proteins, or IgG from bovine, chicken, goat, guinea pig, horse, human, rabbit, rat, sheep, or hamster, by IEP. This antibody is adsorbed against solid phase human IgG, bovine IgG, rabbit IgG, rat IgG, goat IgG, and hamster IgG.
