Detects mouse IgG primary antibodies in immunofluorescent assays. After purification by affinity chromatography, this antibody was adsorbed to eliminate human cross-reactivity and the IgG fraction was further digested with pepsin to generate F(ab')2 fragments which have reduced interactions with cell surface Fc receptors
Polyclonal Goat IgG
Mouse IgG heavy and light chains
Supplied in a saline solution containing BSA and Sodium Azide.
PerCP (Peridinin-chlorophyll Protein Complex)
Designed for use as a secondary developing reagent in immunofluorescent assays, such as flow cytometry, where the primary antibody does not have a fluorescent reporter, is of mouse origin, and is of IgG class. The recommended concentration is 10 μL/106 cells.
Please Note: Optimal dilutions should be determined by each laboratory for each application. General Protocols are available in the Technical Information section on our website.
Detection of MouseIgG Primary Antibody by Flow Cytometry Human peripheral blood granuloctyes were stained with Mouse Anti-HumanSiglec‑9 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB1139,filled histogram) or mouse IgG isotype control antibody (open histogram),followed by PerCP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0114)at 10 uL/106 cells.

R&D Systems offers a range of secondary antibodies and controls for flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry, and Western blotting. We provide species-specific secondary antibodies that are available with a variety of conjugated labels.
Our NorthernLights fluorescent secondary antibodies are bright and resistant to photobleaching. We are currently offering secondary antibodies recognizing mouse, rat, goat, sheep, and rabbit IgG as well as chicken IgY. These reagents are available with three distinct excitation and emission maxima, making them ideal for multi-color fluorescence microscopy.
