(A) Recombinant Mouse B7-H1/PD-L1 Fc Chimera (Catalog # 1019-B7) bound to HEK293 human embryonic kidney cell line transfected with mouse PD-1 and eGFP or (B) cells alone, were stained with Mouse Anti-Human IgG Fc Alexa Fluor® 647-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB110R).
