Detection of Human and Mouse Wnt‑10a by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of Raji human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line and NIH-3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblast cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Rat Anti-Mouse Wnt-10a Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB34691) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF005). A specific band was detected for Wnt-10a at approximately 46 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.Applications for Human/Mouse Wnt‑10a Antibody
